I think I would have to go:

DD - Pantera, cause cheapest to maintain

Track - Ferrari, just a tiny bit cause that car is so valueable

Burn - a car with a body kit that makes it look like the Saleen so I can sell the real car for cash

How about less interesting than the other two? While it's impressive that it exists, and has a good racing history, it looks incredibly generic to me, and I've just never been in love with it.
